  • Where are you located?

  • Do you have disabled parking?

    Thirroul Medical Practice has disabled parking at the rear of the building and has wheelchair friendly access. There is ample parking close to the surgery.

  • What is your Mission?

    Thirroul Medical Practice strives to provide comprehensive community health care that anticipates and responds to the needs of the patient. We strive to provide our patients with exemplary customer service. We will treat our patients with courtesy, respect, compassion and confidentiality. The Medical and Administrative staff will work with our patients towards building a partnership to achieve their health goals. We do not discriminate in the provision of excellence.

  • Are home visits available?

    Home visits are available to regular patients on occasions that the patient may not be able to attend the surgery due to illness or injury. If appropriate, please contact the practice to arrange a time for a home visit. The geographical boundaries for visits are Clifton to Woonona.

  • Do you have female doctors?

    Yes. We have 7 Doctors, 4 of whom a female.

  • Do you offer any other services?

    We have a Diabetes Educator and a Pharmacy Consultant available at the surgery. Please call our reception to make a booking.

  • Are you accepting new patients?

    TMP always welcomes new patients. Please call reception on 02 4268 1111 to make an appointment.

  • If my regular Doctor is not available, can I see another Doctor?

    If you are unable to see your preferred Doctor at the time requested you will be offered an appointment with another Doctor from our team. Be assured that quality care will be provided by one of our other doctors, your medical files can be accessed through our medical software.

  • What if I need an emergency appointment?

    If you or a member of your family requires an urgent appointment on the day, an appointment will be offered to you . This cannot always be with the doctor of your choice. It is the policy of the Practice not to double book a Doctor when there are appointments available with another Doctor from our team.

  • Do you have baby changing facilities?

  • Yes, our disabled toilet has a baby change table.
